With top-fill tanks being all the rage these days, Aspire is coming through with their second attempt in the space with the Triton 2.
This new tank seems to have resolved quite a few of the issues we had with the original Triton. Larger refill holes at the top, unobstructed glass tank for easy viewing of the amount of juice you have left, removed the top air flow holes, and some other design changes. They also claim “The Triton 2 can be easily disassembled for easy cleaning.” which I hope means you could actually open the tank to clean and dry the glass, which was one of my biggest concerns with the original Triton.
On top of that, they are offering a new coil option, a .5 ohm Clapton coil using a kanthal base and wrap.
No word on when this tank will be available, but you could bet as soon as it is we’ll be getting one in for testing!
